If you are planning to use a mover or someone else to pick-up your item(s) - Contact your mover to let them know that the pick-up is by appointment only and what arrival times are available. Once you have agreed on a time, book that time slot for your mover. Be sure to also explain to your mover what equipment is needed or any special instructions there are for the removal. After your appointment is booked, please contact Lori Taylor, lori.taylor@quinnsauction.com to finish the mover authorization process.

Internal Shipping and Handling Policy: Auctioneer is happy to offer limited shipping through FedEx Domestic and USPS internationally. We will not ship Media Mail. Lots framed in glass over 12” square will be referred to a trusted third party shipper. Lots can be de-framed in some instances. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your lots and your location. We offer recommendations for outside shipping by trusted shippers. If using an outside shipper Auctioneer is not responsible for damages by carriers or packers of purchased lots, whether or not recommended by Auctioneer and will not be liable for any losses.

In order to maintain all safety precautions, pick-up will be by scheduled arrival only. Buyers without a scheduled arrival time or who come unprepared to pick-up their items will be turned away and asked to schedule an alternate arrival time. Some arrival times book fast, so please do not delay scheduling your arrival time to ensure you get the time you want.

PICK UP POLICY - Buyers must bring a copy of the invoice, the original (or a legible copy of) buyer’s drivers license, and a copy of the credit card used (last 4 digits and name on card must be visible).

Buyer authorizes auctioneer to release buyer's assets to any individual in possession of the buyer's documents.

We appreciate your business and congratulate you on your winning bids!

Please note: In the unlikely event that an item is not available for pickup, the buyer must notify our onsite staff and forward a claim to the Auctioneer by using the contact form on the auctioneer’s website within 24 hours of the pickup date.

After 24 hours, the Auctioneer and the buyer agree that no adjustment or refund will be made. Any item unavailable for delivery may be exchanged by the auctioneer for a like type item. The Auctioneer's and Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price plus applicable buyer’s premium and sales tax for an item.

Remember, NO refunds or chargebacks will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned and the buyer will be charged a removal fee.

Buyers that do not remove their items within the specified removal times will have their bidding privileges suspended. They will be required to contact the administrator to reactivate their account. Two (2) occurrences will result in permanent suspension of bidding privileges.

Buyer has read, understands, and agrees to the terms and conditions of the auction. All items are sold as-is, where-is, without any expressed or implied warranty. Buyer acknowledges receipt and responsibility for all merchandise. No adjustments, returns, or refunds will be issued.
