What Do I Bring? Please come prepared with boxes and any packing materials you may need. For larger items, please bring your own help for loading and any dollies or straps that may be helpful in the process.

SHIPPING CUSTOMERS!! THE SHIPPER WILL BE PICKING UP ITEMS AT 11AM ON THE SECOND REMOVAL DAY.

Shipping Customers must reply to your invoice before the removal date and state "I RELEASE MY ITEMS FOR SHIPMENT." Invoices over $500 will require a copy of the account holders drivers license and credit card used for purchase.

If you are scheduling a transport driver and your purchase is over $500, please be sure to email us a copy of your drivers license and the card used for purchase. Please call 757-421-2525 once transport is scheduled to arrange pick up. Thank you!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICKUP MY ITEMS? Please note that all items not removed on the scheduled removal date and times will be considered abandoned. Refunds will not be issued for abandoned items. Please understand that in many cases we are working for institutions and families with deadlines for things like lease, closing, listings, etc. If you have a known conflict the date of the posted removal time, we ask that you please reach out to us in advance of bidding in the auction, sometimes we are able to work with a seller in advance to arrange an alternate date! Peoples Auction Company allots appropriate staffing for each removal and is often moving to further projects after the posted removal date.
