* Please remember whoever comes for pick-up must have a copy of the invoice.

* In most cases a late pick-up fee of $25 x day, for each day, will be applied to late pick ups.

* The fee must be paid before the items are picked up.

Self Pick-Up

* In order to maintain all safety precautions, pick-up will be by scheduled appointment only. Buyers without a scheduled appointment or who come unprepared to pick-up their items will be turned away and asked to schedule an alternate appointment. When picking up please bring your own packing material (boxes, containers, protective sleeves).

* If you are picking up furniture and large items you must bring helpers who can assist with loading your vehicle.

* Appointments book fast, so please do not delay scheduling your appointment to ensure you get the time you want.

* Missed appointments and unscheduled drop ins will affect your ability to bid.

If you are planning to use a mover or someone else to pick-up your item(s) - Contact your mover to let them know that the pick-up is by appointment only and what times are available. Once you have agreed on a time, book that time slot for your mover. Be sure to also explain to your mover what equipment is needed or any special instructions there are for the removal. After your appointment is booked, please contact Lori Taylor, lori.taylor@quinnsauction.com to finish the mover authorization process.

Internal Shipping and Handling Policy: 3rd Party Shipping Available at the following flat rates: $59 for rugs up to 6 feet x 10 feet, $145 for rugs 8 feet x 10 feet and larger. Please contact shipping@quinnsauction.com with shipping inquiries. If using an outside shipper Auctioneer is not responsible for damages by carriers or packers of purchased lots, whether or not recommended by Auctioneer and will not be liable for any losses.

PICK UP POLICY - Buyers must bring a copy of the invoice, the original (or a legible copy of) buyer’s drivers license, and a copy of the credit card used (last 4 digits and name on card must be visible).

Buyer authorizes auctioneer to release buyer's assets to any individual in possession of the buyer's documents.

Please note: In the unlikely event that an item is not available for pickup, the buyer must notify our onsite staff and forward a claim to the Auctioneer by using the contact form on the auctioneer’s website within 24 hours of the pickup date.

After 24 hours, the Auctioneer and the buyer agree that no adjustment or refund will be made. Any item unavailable for delivery may be exchanged by the auctioneer for a like type item. The Auctioneer's and Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price plus applicable buyer’s premium and sales tax for an item.

Remember, NO refunds or chargebacks will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned and the buyer will be charged a removal fee.

Buyers that do not remove their items within the specified removal times will have their bidding privileges suspended. They will be required to contact the administrator to reactivate their account. Two (2) occurrences will result in permanent suspension of bidding privileges.

Buyer has read, understands, and agrees to the terms and conditions of the auction. All items are sold as-is, where-is, without any expressed or implied warranty. Buyer acknowledges receipt and responsibility for all merchandise. No adjustments, returns, or refunds will be issued.
