There is a standard height loading dock. Large Items needing loading dock - you will need to bring a 26 foot box truck. No U-Haul Trucks. There is a Penske and Enterprise truck rental within minutes of pick up facility.

PICK UP POLICY - To speed up the check in process please be have your invoice handy on your mobile device before arrival, the original (or a legible copy of) buyers drivers license and copy of the credit card used (last 4 digits and name on card must be visible)

In order to maintain all safety precautions pick up will be by scheduled arrival only. Buyers without a scheduled arrival time or who are unprepared to pick up their items will be turned away and asked to schedule an alternate arrival time.

Some arrival times book fast so please do not delay scheduling your arrival time to ensure you get the time you want. Appointments will be assigned to buyers who have not scheduled them by the afternoon before pick up.

If you are planning to use a mover or someone else to pick up your item(s):
Contact your mover to let them know pick up is by appointment only and what arrival times are available. Once you have agreed on a time - book that time slot. After your appointment is booked, please contact Cecelia at cbussey@rasmus.com to finish the mover authorization process.
