UPDATE REGARDING LOADING ASSISTANCE: Please note that the seller is actively working on reassembling loading crews to assist buyers with loading trucks and trailers. Additionally, we have cleared dock-height loading facilities for two full-size trailers at a time, with a staging area for at least 6 trailers to be ground-loaded simultaneously. We are arranging for straight trucks to shuttle live plant inventory from the greenhouses to trailers. Please check back for additional details regarding the cost per hour for loading assistance.

This is a JV project between Rasmus Auctions and People's Auction. Two auctions: 92 Acre working farm and nursery, plus a 2000-plus lot nursery and agricultural equipment, live plant inventory, and greenhouse auction. This is a preliminary inventory that will continue to grow over the next few weeks. Significant capital assets are being added early next week. Check back often. This is a no-tax auction as it is the final liquidation of a business and its assets in the state of Virginia. Real estate auction sold first at 3:07 PM, Monday, December 15th.
