(large office furniture) Two wheel hand trucks will not be permitted for the removal of large office furniture. If a party shows up to move their furniture without a four wheel dolly they will be turned away at check in.<br>

(modular): Panel carts will be the only method of removal when taking out modular work stations. If a party shows up to move their work stations they will be turned away at check in.<br>

If you are using movers please be sure they are aware of what is needed.<br>

Please note: In the unlikely event an item is not available for pickup, the buyer/buyers agent must, notify our onsite staff prior to leaving the pick-up site.<br>

After 24 hours, the Auctioneer and buyer agrees that no adjustment or refund will be made. Any item unavailable for delivery may be exchanged by the auctioneer for a like type item. The Auctioneer's and Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price plus applicable buyers premium and sales tax for an item.<br>

Remember, NO refunds or chargeback's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a removal fee.<br>

Buyers that do not remove their items within the specified removal times will have their bidding privileges suspended you will be required to contact the administrator to reactivate your account. (2) Occurrences will result in permanent suspension of bidding privileges.<br>

Buyer has read understands and agrees to the terms and conditions of the auction. All items sold as-is, where-is, without any expressed or implied warranty. Buyer acknowledges receipt and responsibility for all merchandise. No adjustments, returns or refunds will be issued.<br>
