A specialized, multi-functional commercial vessel used by craft distilleries to prepare raw materials (like grains or fruits) for fermentation. Produced by the German engineering firm Kothe Destillationstechnik, its main purpose is to cook grains, activate enzymes, and break down starches into fermentable sugars. Steam heated and jacketed for cooling with water or glycol. Includes tank with integrated mixing system, inspection port, and direct fittings only (no sensors, piping etc). Manufactured in 2015.
