This past July, the Rasmus team traveled to the west coast for the 2022 National Auctioneers Conference & Show. This was the first event in which we took the entire staff! Both Chris and Erik Rasmus were asked to speak at the event, covering the “Mastermind” topics of both personal and commercial assets and auction marketing. This five day trip focused on team building, new topic discussion, networking and partnership led by Sue and Patrick Rasmus. 

Of course when you work hard, you play hard! Our San Diego partners, Cal Auctions, were gracious enough to host the event of the year. Hand made tacos, personal bartenders, mariachi bands, and mini golf were just some of the many highlights!

During our downtime the Rasmus team visited the local zoo, took a boat ride led by captain Chris Rasmus, went to the beach, ate local cuisine, drank at local breweries and meaderies, and even visited a local tiki speakeasy! The resort was beautiful, the weather was nice, and the vibes were good. 

Our team came back to the east coast relaxed, more unified, and motivated to finish out the rest of the year stronger than ever. We are looking for what next years conference and show has in store!
