Important Things To Know:

1. Please check all of your merchandise before you leave!

2. It is the buyers responsibility to check your invoice before you leave to be sure all items are retrieved.

3. If an issue is not brought up at the time of pickup and a refund is applicable, the item MUST be brought back to the original location or Peoples Auction Company offices located at: 1340 Head of River Rd. Chesapeake, VA 23322, at the buyer expense.

4. In the event of a dispute, please communicate with Peoples within 48 hours of pickup via email: peoplesauctiononline@gmail.com.

5. Refunds will NOT be issued for incomplete items/orders unless previously brought up at the time of pickup.

6. In the event that a refund is applicable, the item must be returned within 5 business days of the pickup date.

What Do I Bring? Please come prepared with boxes and any packing materials you may need. For larger items, please bring your own help for loading and any dollies or straps that may be helpful in the process. Please bring any tools needed for disassembling you items.

ATTENTION- All Invoices over $500 will require the drivers license of account holder and card used for purchase.

SENDING SOMEONE TO PICKUP FOR YOU? No problem. Please have them give us your name upon arrival.

SHIPPING CUSTOMERS!! THE SHIPPER WILL BE PICKING UP ITEMS AT 11AM ON THE SECOND REMOVAL DAY.

Shipping Customers must reply to your invoice before the removal date and state "I RELEASE MY ITEMS FOR SHIPMENT." Invoices over $500 will require a copy of the account holders drivers license and credit card used for purchase.
